Aspen + Archer is a small, handmade business offering custom and ready-to-ship products. By accessing or purchasing from our website or social media platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies referenced herein (such as our Return and Shipping Policies).

2. Orders & Custom Products

  • All sales are subject to product availability.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

  • We reserve the right to decline custom orders that fall outside of our design capabilities or brand identity.

  • Any changes to custom orders must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and any other methods listed at checkout.

  • All payments must be completed before items will be processed or shipped.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. You must include your original receipt and all items purchased.

  • Custom nail sets and personalized items are final sale.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays.

  • Aspen + Archer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
