Aspen + Archer Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all items purchased in the order (e.g., accessories, packaging, inserts).

• You must provide your order number and receipt for the return to be processed.

• Custom nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note:

• Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Aspen + Archer is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost returns.

If your return meets all criteria, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
