We’re so excited to get your order to you! Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect.

Processing Time

• All ready-to-ship items are processed within 3 business days.

• Custom nail sets or made-to-order items may require 5–10 business days depending on the design. I will always do my best to communicate any delays.

Shipping Methods

• We currently ship via USPS with tracking included on every order.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Issues or Delays

• Once your package is with the carrier, Aspen + Archer is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local USPS office first. We’ll do our best to help if you're still having trouble!
